Applications for the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance (CERF) Fellowship 2020-2022 are now open. The CERF fellowship scheme is open to lecturers and senior lecturers of the University of Cambridge who do research into some aspect of finance.

Chief Economic Adviser to Ukraine
Dr. Alex Rodnyansky has been appointed as Chief Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine from September 2019. Dr Rodnyansky is responsible for drafting and monitoring the overall economic reform agenda in Ukraine, devoting particular attention toward its internal consistency.

Dr. Meredith Crowley has been appointed to serve on the Freeports Advisory Panel at the Department for International Trade under Secretary of State Liz Truss. This Panel has been set up to ensure the UK is ready to trade post-Brexit.

Prof. Partha Dasgupta has been appointed to lead a UK government review into the link between biodiversity and economic growth. The UK Chancellor of the Exchequer's Spring Statement outlined the estimated £680 million value that 1,500 species of pollinators deliver to the UK economy, highlighting that climate change is not the only environmental challenge.
