The University of Cambridge Academic Career Pathways scheme recognises and reward outstanding contributions and celebrate academic achievement through promotion and pay progression. This year, two of the candidates from the Faculty of Economics that were put forward have been successful.
The Faculty is delighted to announce that with effect from the 1st of October 2022, Professorships (Grade 12) will be established for academics Sriya Iyer, Matt Elliott and Debopam Battacharya.

Tiago Cavalcanti, Meredith Crowley and Matthew Elliott have been promoted to becomes Readers.
